We need to watch what we eat and always consume 3 heaping tablespoons of
Energy Plus-GR pudding at least 3 time per day before consuming
any food
and that even includes fruits and vegetables.
Energy Plus-GR is a fantastic source of natural nutrition that may benefit
your body in many ways,
but please NOTE
that there are certain foods that should be avoided if possible and/or you must
first consume
Energy Plus-GR
products to counter the bad effects of the following:
Foods that should be
avoided:
REMBER :Arsenic is white and it is
poison
X.
Flour (cereals made with flour),
Corn starch, rice, sugar,
and white potatoes are white, and all are poison
X
to your body. Cauliflower
is white, but it is good for your body.
There are two types of carbohydrates: simple and complex. Simple
carbohydrates (white) convert quickly into sugar (glucose), causing a rapid rise
in blood sugar, which in turn signals the pancreas to produce insulin, the
hormone that removes excess sugar from the blood stream and signals the body to
store it as
FAT.
Complex Carbohydrates found in fruits, legumes, and green vegetables convert
into sugar much more slowly.
NOTE:
Energy Plus-GR
is a source of Isoleucine, which is
needed for hemoglobin formation and it also stabilizes and regulates blood sugar
levels and this is
why:
Research done in diabetic subjects has shown that it is a low
glycemic index food. This means that eating
Energy Plus-GR with other food
decreases the blood sugar spike an hour after a meal. As such, the subsequent
sugar drop an hour later is less intense, and this is known to lead to decreased
feelings of hunger.
Foods to avoid:
all
cereals,
sugar, Junk food
(Wheat FLOUR & Corn starch
= glue & white = poison X),
Milk and
other products made
from milk,
Cheese food
(note that there is a difference between cheese and cheap
cheese food), and Orange Juice
(high acidity + sugar), are really bad for your health, especially bad for children and
older adults.
Please note this information
from "Nourishing Traditions" about the effect of breakfast cereals":
"In 1960 researchers at Ann Arbor University performed an interesting
experiment on laboratory rats. Eighteen rats were divided into three groups.
One group received corn flakes and water; a second group was given the cardboard
box that the corn flakes came in and water; and the control group received rat
chow and water. The rats in the control group remained in good health
throughout the experiment. The rats receiving the box became lethargic and
eventually died of malnutrition.
But the rats receiving the corn flakes and
water died before the rats that were given the box - the last corn flake rat
died the same day that the first box rat died. Before death the corn flake rats
developed schizophrenic behavior, threw fits, bit each other, and finally went
into convulsions. Autopsy revealed dysfunction of the pancreas, liver and
kidneys and degeneration of the nerves in the spine- all signs of "insulin
shock". The startling conclusion of this study is that there is more
nourishment in the box that cold breakfast cereals come in that in the cereals
themselves. The designer of the experiment actually proposed the
protocol as a joke. But the results are far from funny. They were never
published and similar studies have not been repeated. If consumers knew the
truth about breakfast cereals, vast fortunes would be jeopardized." |
