General Information about WHAT BLADES to use for specific Materials. We are pleased to CONFIRM that All - Brown USA DIAMOND Blades are manufactured under ISO 9001, ISO 9002 and DSA 5371 quality approved standards, (AND/OR ANY SUPERIOR SPECIFICATION THAT THE FACTORY MIGHT MEET). Brown USA DIAMOND Blades are engineered and manufactured using Premium quality diamonds, grit sizes and diamond concentrations that provide Premium quality blades for fast cuts and long life. Always know what RPM saws operate at and ONLY sell the properly rated blade for the saw AND the correct bond for materials to be cut! # 1 Bond is a soft bond for fast cutting of hard materials If the blade bounces, and does not cut, the bond is too hard and the blade segments will glaze. Concrete never stops curing, and the older it is, the harder it gets! # 2 Bond is a medium bond for slower cutting of hard materials with long blade life (more inch feet) # 3 Bond is a hard bond for fast cutting of soft abrasive materials with long blade life (more inch feet) More cuts (more inch feet) $ Dollar for Dollar $
